A workspace booking marketplace where users search, filter and reserve coworking and meeting spaces by date and time.
The problem
Booking a workspace usually means emailing a venue and waiting. Availability lives in someone’s calendar rather than in a system, so the person searching cannot self-serve and the venue fields repetitive enquiries.
What we built
We built a searchable marketplace with real availability at its centre. The filter bar — space type, from/to date, from/to time — is the primary interface, because the question a user actually has is "what can I book, for these hours, on this day".
- Space search with filters for space type and a from/to date and time range.
- Listing pages for individual spaces with photographs and capacity details.
- An availability-driven results view, so users only see what they can actually book.
- Favouriting, so users can shortlist spaces across sessions.
- A user account area for managing bookings.
